Returns & Refunds

At Lilli Paris, our goal is for our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be situations where products need to be returned. Products can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange. To make the process as simple and efficient as possible, we ask that you read this policy carefully.

Return Policy:
You may return unused products, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received, within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Return Process:
If you wish to return products, please contact us at contact@lilliparis.com  and provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and photos if applicable.

Return Fees:
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error (defective product, incorrect item, etc.).
Returns cannot be accepted if delivery delays are beyond our control.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to process your return.
Your refund will only be processed after you provide us with the tracking number of the returned product.

Damaged or Incorrect Products (Color or Size):
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will immediately send you a replacement product.

Return of a Defective Product:
Please return the unused product within 30 days of delivery.
Upon receipt and inspection of the item, if it is in good condition, we will send a replacement product or issue store credit.

Exchanges:
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We only accept exchanges for items of equal value.

Non-Returnable Products:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been worn, washed, or altered, except in special cases or for orders from discount packages.

Exchange/Refund Process:
Once we have received your returned product, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refunds are generally made via the original payment method and may take a few days.

Policy Changes:
Lilli Paris reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this site.
