Orders are shipped within 48 hours of placing the order. Typically, your order is processed within one business day.
Orders received on Friday afternoon or during the weekend may take longer to process.
Customers will receive a shipping notification.
Average shipping times range between 7–14 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number after placing my order?
Yes! All orders include tracking numbers.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

Will I receive an email when my order is ready to ship?
Absolutely. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and another email once your order is on its way!
I ordered more than one item — why did I receive only one?
When ordering multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the others, but all items will arrive.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you have 12 hours to cancel your order after it has been placed. Since all our orders are custom-made, it may not always be possible to cancel or modify an order, but in some cases it is possible. Please make sure you ordered the correct items and contact us if you need assistance.
Can I receive a refund or exchange for my order?
Refunds are only available if the product arrives damaged. A refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product in case of damage.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is completely free , regardless of order value. Every order is shipped without any charge.
